How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment, then delivered within 5-10 business days, so most South African orders arrive in about 7-15 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, we email you a tracking number. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
We ship to selected countries. Delivery usually takes 10-20 business days, and import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. Our shipping policy has the full details.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, email us at info@sskbeautyza.co.za with your order number and we'll look into it.

About the Product
What is in the Arbutin 7% + TXA 4% Brightening Cream?
The key ingredients are arbutin, tranexamic acid and nicotinamide (niacinamide). It comes in a 50 ml tube.
How do I use it?
Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and gently massage in. Avoid the eye area and broken skin. Use a daily sunscreen during the day.
Should I patch test first?
Yes. Test a small amount on a small area of skin first and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
How long until I see results?
Every person's skin is different, and results vary. Brightening products work best with consistent daily use over time.
Is it suitable for everyone?
If you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using new skincare products.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life is 3 years.
